Flagpole purchase

Flagpoles with elaborate designs can reach important site into the hundreds of thousands. Although an eighty-foot aluminum commercial mast may cost $10,000, this is not the lowest price. A shorter residential pole can be more economically viable.

Flagpoles can be purchased as kits, and come with all the hardware. A 150-foot aluminum residentialpole would include a banner and a $500 outside halyard. This includes pulley systems (or “truck assemblies”), cleats, snap hooks that prevent the flag from being caught against the pole, flash collars for a finished appearance, as well as clear assembly instructions.

Due to the extra assembly time required, internal halyards tend to be more expensive.

Fiberglass flagpoles can be slightly more expensive than aluminum due to their wear. Because bronze is more in demand, it is also more expensive. The most expensive metal is steel, which is almost invincible.

There are many flagpole vendors that you can choose from. You can search online or in the yellow book for one.
